1. Access Model
Paid Klaris access may be offered through a direct family arrangement, adviser-led rollout, firm pilot, or other agreed onboarding model. The applicable fee structure is confirmed privately before paid access begins.
2. Cancellation
If you hold a paid Klaris access arrangement, you may request cancellation at any time. Cancellation timing depends on the arrangement confirmed during onboarding.
Where a paid period has already commenced, access generally continues until the end of that period unless access is suspended or terminated under the Terms of Service.
3. No Refunds for Partial Months
We do not generally provide refunds for part-used paid periods. If you cancel mid-period, any remaining access and future charges will be handled according to the arrangement confirmed with you.
Summary
Paid access can be cancelled by request. We will confirm the final access date and any remaining payment position with you.
4. Price Changes
For paid access arrangements, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any material price increase. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before the increase takes effect.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at info@klaris.com.au within 14 days of the charge date and we will investigate.
Refunds for payment errors are assessed at our discretion.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy.
